Recruiting Talent Coordinate recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screenings to identify top candidates for Insurance Agent roles Schedule interviews and serve as a professional first point of contact for applicants Support onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation processes Human Resources Support Assist with daily HR administrative functions and provide employee support Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation Track employee training, certifications, and compliance requirements Respond to routine employee inquiries and direct concerns appropriately Payroll Support Provide administrative assistance related to payroll processing and data entry Review and verify employee timekeeping records for accuracy Maintain payroll records and assist with payroll reporting and audits Communicate payroll-related information professionally and confidentially Administrative & Customer Service Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls with a courteous, professional manner Welcome employees, customers, and visitors to maintain a positive office environment Schedule meetings, interviews, and maintain calendars Prepare and organize business documents, reports, and correspondence Manage office supplies and support general clerical duties Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers and employees Qualifications & Performance Expectations High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred Minimum 1 year of administrative, HR, or payroll support experience preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Reliable, punctual, and professional with a commitment to accuracy Why Join Fiesta Auto Insurance G&P?
