Position Overview The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial reporting and supporting the company’s operational goals. This individual will bring a strong foundation in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Managing general ledger activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes. Assisting in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and resolving inquiries. Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline accounting workflows. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
