Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and strengths.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaborating with families and other team members.

• Monitor child outcomes and progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal development.

• Provide ongoing support and education to families in areas such as child development, effective parenting strategies, and available resources.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices in service delivery.

• Document all interactions and services in compliance with federal and state regulations, ensuring the privacy and safety of all clients.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies.

• Establish rapport with children, families, and colleagues to foster a nurturing and effective therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children from birth to three years old who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with families to empower them and equip them with the tools needed to support their child's growth in various developmental domains, including physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication skills. This role requires a deep understanding of early childhood development and the ability to adapt strategies based on each child's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
