Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will consist primarily of adults experiencing various levels of emotional distress and requiring support. Clients are pre-screened to ensure that they maintain a stability conducive to online therapy. As you work with individuals who may not have access to traditional in-person counseling, your role will be crucial in providing them with the support needed for their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: only fully independent licenses are acceptable; provisional or limited licenses are not.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy, compassion, and an aptitude for building rapport.

• Proficient with technology and comfortable using telehealth tools for therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n
