Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapy sessions for couples as well as individual sessions for family members.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address a wide range of issues, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and conflicts among family members.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that outline therapy goals and interventions.
\n
• Maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development through supervision, training, and collaboration with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients from various backgrounds, including adults, adolescents, and children who encounter challenges such as family conflicts, separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, job stress, and emotional distress. Your role will be pivotal in fostering healthier relationships and enhancing communication within families, ultimately contributing to better overall mental health and stability in the community.
