Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify client needs and formulate tailored treatment strategies that foster personal growth and recovery.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, in individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that help clients understand common mental health issues, promoting community and connection.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless and comprehensive care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering essential support and guidance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Strong theoretical knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, alongside proven skills in conducting assessments and implementing effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling you to form trusting relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with peers.

• Demonstrated adherence to professional ethics and sound judgment practices.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and various software applications essential for patient documentation and management.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing mental health counseling in an outpatient setting.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapies to diverse populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
