Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment and crisis intervention plans that effectively address clients' needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at WeCare, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals navigating mental health issues, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. Your expertise will help clients develop coping strategies and enhance their emotional health in a supportive and empowering environment.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required to provide evidence-based therapeutic services.

• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
