Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN
Eastern Star Home and Campus | Oriskany, NY
$45–$50/hour | PRN

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN position at Eastern Star Home and Campus. Join a collaborative rehabilitation setting where you can provide individualized therapy focused on helping residents regain mobility, build strength, and work toward greater functional independence.

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled interventions addressing strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and mobility
• Establish functional goals and monitor resident progress throughout treatment
• Modify treatment plans based on clinical needs and response to therapy
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility strategies
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with PTAs, nursing staff, and other rehabilitation professionals

• $45–$50/hour
• Flexible PRN scheduling

• Varied short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload
• Supportive clinical environment
• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident outcomes

• Active New York Physical Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply
