This position is a remote role, allowing the Senior Social Worker the flexibility to manage their schedule while maintaining a strong connection with clients. The work hours typically span from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some evening or weekend availability required to address client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of seniors' psychosocial needs, accounting for emotional, mental, and social factors to develop holistic care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on the senior population, which includes individuals aged 65 and older facing various challenges related to aging. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving the quality of life for these individuals and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
