This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that social work responsibilities are met effectively. Regular communication via telehealth platforms and digital tools will be essential in maintaining a continuum of care and effectively meeting client needs. In addition, the role requires occasional visits to a detox center where senior clients may be receiving treatment, necessitating an understanding of detox protocols and supportive approaches to their care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of seniors' psychosocial needs, identifying emotional, mental, and social factors that impact their lives.

• Provide one-on-one counseling and emotional support to seniors dealing with life transitions, loss, and various psychosocial challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
