Communications Analyst

Responsible for examining and analyzing calls and video visits for state agencies, the full-time Communications Analyst will work remotely to identify key information, escalate intelligence, and ensure compliance with targeted requirements. Key responsibilities Review and analyze call recordings and video sessions for compliance and intelligence gathering Identify and escalate potential unlawful activities or threats based on call and video analysis Translate materials accurately while maintaining original meaning and proofread for accuracy Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Ability to communicate effectively in a second language is preferred Detail-oriented with strong listening skills Ability to maintain confidentiality in a secured environment
