Senior Sales Operations Specialist

Supporting the effectiveness of the sales and support organization, the full-time Senior Sales Operations Specialist will leverage technology and data insights to enhance productivity, manage CRM systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategic initiatives remotely. Key responsibilities Implement and support strategies for sales and support technology, enhancing team productivity and effectiveness Develop reporting and analyze trends to provide strategic direction for sales revenue and productivity improvements Create and manage training programs for sales technology and processes, ensuring user adherence and effectiveness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience 2+ years' experience in sales or marketing operations, business system support, or IT/business analysis 2+ years of business analytics or CRM/sales force automation experience
