Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in the early intervention sector:

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary team members.

• Provide support and training to families, offering resources and strategies to enhance their child’s developmental trajectory.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment strategies to ensure the most effective interventions.

• Administer assessments and support interventions in a child’s natural setting, fostering a learning environment that promotes emotional and social well-being.

• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal and state guidelines regarding service delivery and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly those under three years of age who demonstrate developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with these children and their families, acknowledging their unique challenges and strengths. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure from the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
