Bilingual English/Spanish Required
We’re looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator who knows how to confidently guide patients into treatment with compassion, clarity, and strong closing skills. If you’re someone who blends a sales mindset with genuine care for patients’ health, you’ll feel right at home with us. What You’ll Do:
- Help patients understand and accept recommended treatment
- Confidently present financial options and close treatment plans
- Communicate with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
- Bring in new patients and help them start treatment independently
- Work closely with the dental and admin team to support a smooth patient experience
- Proven experience in treatment coordination or dental sales
- Strong closing ability and excellent communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and personable
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
