Integro Wellness & Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will engage in telehealth delivery of mental health services to individuals, families, and children. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the mental well-being of our clients while enjoying a competitive annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload by building rapport with clients, which entails understanding their unique needs and establishing positive working relationships while safeguarding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, evaluate stability, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge planning.
• Design and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client’s therapeutic goals.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including progress notes, intake assessments, and treatment updates for each client, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Deliver dedicated individual therapy sessions each week, providing clients with direct, empathetic support.
• Participate in individual supervision and team meetings to enhance professional development and collaborative care.
• Engage in active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to create holistic treatment plans.
• Foster a continual growth mindset and adapt to new evidence-based practices to improve therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied clientele, including adults, children, and families encompassing different backgrounds and mental health challenges. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing space for individuals to explore their mental health concerns, enabling them to grow and heal in the least restrictive environment possible.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in Washington State.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing computers and telehealth platforms, comfortable in using tools such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
• Comfort and familiarity with conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment recommendations.
