Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations concerning mental health diagnoses, followed by the creation and implementation of individualized treatment plans tailored to the clients' needs.

• Engage with a dynamic client roster, maintaining an average caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, which includes individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Document all interactions meticulously, including diagnosis, treatment plans, and ongoing case notes, adhering to Mind Bliss Counseling Center’s policies and best practices.

• Provide exceptional service to clients through direct therapy, coordination of care, and collaboration with case managers, medical personnel, and family members as needed.
\n
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to support clients in accomplishing and surpassing their goals, adapting approaches based on each client's unique circumstances.

• Participate in team meetings to share insights and learnings, further fostering a culture of continuous improvement and client-focused care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a diverse population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various challenges including relationship issues, behavioral problems, mental health conditions, and substance abuse. Candidates must be comfortable addressing a wide range of psychosocial issues, understanding the nuances involved in working with different demographics, and accommodating specific needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
