Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and execute individualized intervention strategies that cater to each student's unique challenges, including learning barriers or mental health concerns.

• Provide both one-on-one and group counseling sessions focusing on critical issues such as conflict resolution, self-esteem building, and crisis management.

• Collaborate with educators and parents to reinforce learning strategies, ensuring that interventions align with academic goals.

• Identify students who may be in need of additional mental health resources and facilitate referrals to community services when necessary.

• Conduct virtual family engagement and home visit consultations to build rapport and trust, gathering insights that may inform student interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
