Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including crisis intervention strategies and positive behavior support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and facilitating seamless communication within the clinical team.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools during client interactions to monitor progress and inform adjustments in treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to devise and execute behavior support strategies that promote positive outcomes.

• Act as a liaison for clients, bridging connections to relevant state and community resources, while fostering relationships with other service providers.

• Engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the overall quality assurance of the clinic’s operations.

• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, enhancing program visibility and securing potential alliances that align with our mission.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brighter Soul Counseling, LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, in addition to a monthly productivity bonus to reward your contributions.
