Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine the best course of treatment for each client.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with the clients’ therapeutic needs.

• Deliver quality psychotherapy to individuals while remaining open to working with couples or families based on your expertise.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client sessions and treatment progress to comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and safety.

• Engage in optional peer consultation and team meetings to share insights, discuss complex cases, and refine clinical skills.

• Remain updated with continuing education requirements and be compliant with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
