Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans aimed at managing acute and chronic mental health issues.

• Providing outpatient psychotherapy services tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, with a strong focus on evidence-based practices.

• Maintaining meticulous case records, including intake summaries, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with state regulations and professional standards.

• Collaborating with physicians to evaluate the necessity of psychotropic medications and offering appropriate referrals within your scope of practice.

• Participating in regular team meetings to evaluate treatment progress and make adjustments as needed to improve client outcomes.

• Engaging with community organizations and public agencies as resources for supporting client treatment, including referrals to external services.

• Supervising post-master's fellows and associates when required, ensuring their developmental needs are met through your mentorship.

• Addressing safety concerns and fulfilling mandated reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A National Provider Identifier (NPI) number at the time of hire.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from $80,000 to $122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
