Position Overview

The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating residential, condominium, and property management roofing service requests from start to finish. This role serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, property managers, technicians, and internal staff by scheduling service calls, dispatching field technicians, managing work orders, coordinating warranty claims, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service and keeping projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate and schedule residential, condominium, and property management service requests from initial customer contact through project completion.

● Create, manage, and update work orders, technician schedules, and service records to ensure accurate project tracking.

● Dispatch field technicians and communicate job details, scheduling updates, and material information.

● Process incoming customer inquiries and provide timely, professional communication throughout the service process.

● Prepare, review, and distribute invoices for completed service work.

● Coordinate warranty and GAF claim work, including homeowner communication, scheduling, documentation, and invoicing.

● Serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, property managers, office staff, and field technicians to resolve service-related issues.

● Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all service activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.

● Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to questions and providing regular project updates.

Requirements

● Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Customer service experience with the ability to build positive relationships.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency with Google- GSuite and the ability to learn scheduling and project management software.

● Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

● Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay

$22-$30/hr
