Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the diverse needs of your clients.

• Perform thorough assessments of client needs and challenges, collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to support clients facing acute emotional distress, ensuring safe environments for healing and growth.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them establish and implement realistic and personalized strategies for personal growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and wellness professionals, to provide comprehensive and holistic care.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and ethical practice.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Willow Tree Therapy Group, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
