Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations, establishing customized treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Implement therapeutic programs designed to maximize patient recovery, utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic modalities, and exercise prescriptions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with professional standards and billing requirements.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel, providing guidance in their day-to-day activities and ensuring quality care is delivered consistently.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to optimize patient care and facilitate comprehensive rehabilitation strategies.
• Evaluate the efficiency of therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment plans as necessary, considering patient feedback and outcomes to ensure effective rehabilitation.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive work atmosphere by participating in team meetings, offering constructive feedback, and suggesting improvements to enhance operational productivity.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
