National Sales Manager

SWS Hemodialysis Care Co., Ltd.

Academic Background Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences or related fields. Industry Experience & Proven Track Record Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare and medical device industry with proven medical/pharmaceutical sales performance. Candidates with hemodialysis industry experience are highly preferred. Regional Technical Expertise (South America) Practical experience in hemodialysis equipment maintenance; solid knowledge of South American healthcare systems, business workflows and industry regulations, capable of operating in complex clinical environments. Strategic Partnership & Revenue Growth Build solid cooperative relationships with medical institutions and clinical experts, identify high-potential leads, and consistently meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client development. Market Insight & Adaptive Strategy Analyze hemodialysis industry trends and customer pain points, adjust sales strategies flexibly, and ensure the company’s product portfolio effectively meets the operational needs of medical institutions. Persuasive Clinical Communication Synthesize complex clinical data into compelling value propositions and deliver customized product demonstrations to gain recognition from both medical professionals and procurement managers. Data-Driven Account Management Meticulously maintain the CRM system to support precision marketing, and align all sales activities and pipeline forecasts with organizational strategic objectives. Commercial Negotiation & Financial Rigor Lead service and price contract negotiations to optimize profit margins; collaborate with the finance team to monitor accounts receivable and maintain corporate capital liquidity. Cross-functional Synergy & Professional Integrity Cooperate with internal departments to integrate business resources and share market feedback, while upholding high professional ethics and continuous competency development.
