Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and tailored interventions appropriate for each client.

• Manage and document client progress and therapeutic interventions in accordance with ethical standards to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary meetings to foster communication and collaboration, ensuring cohesive treatment strategies are developed.

• Provide crisis intervention services and essential risk assessments to promote safety and effective management of acute mental health crises.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to educate clients and support them in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing significant life challenges, often dealing with grief, loss, or chronic health conditions at our Hospice Center. You will support a diverse range of perspectives and experiences, ensuring that all clients receive holistic and culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and treatment approaches.

• Extensive interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually , along with a sign-on bonus.
