Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, laying the groundwork for effective therapy.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Create and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique situations of clients, incorporating measurable goals and interventions to track progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring all aspects of their mental health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention including risk assessments and safety planning to address immediate concerns for clients facing severe mental health challenges.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously and in compliance with ethical and legal standards, maintaining organized records for ongoing assessment.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, enhancing clients’ engagement and connection with peer support.
