Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Embrace Life Mental Healthcare, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families, using established best practices and clinical techniques.

• Providing therapeutic interventions for a variety of issues, such as alcohol and substance abuse, emotional and psychological distress, grief and loss, and family relationship conflicts.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that may involve working with individuals while also attending to couples and family dynamics to foster healing and improved communication.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Tracking and documenting client progress through detailed case notes and treatment updates in line with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include diverse individuals ranging from adults to children and adolescents. You will address a broad spectrum of challenges, including but not limited to:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
