Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, developing individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with couples, addressing their specific needs, and provide individual therapy as needed.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies to treat issues including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, and stress management.

• Implement strategies to enhance family communication and resolve conflicts, particularly in cases involving children, adolescents, or blended families.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in case consultations with colleagues to continuously enhance therapeutic practices.

The patients you will work with include individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, family dynamics, and life transitions.
