Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will engage in a variety of critical responsibilities to support your clients effectively. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to understand client needs and establishing treatment goals in collaboration with clients.

• Providing prevention-oriented and counseling services that may include individual therapy, group therapy, or family therapy.

• Maintaining effective communication with external treatment providers and referral agencies to streamline client care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have the following credentials and personal qualities:

• A current and valid licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
