Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive, and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their unique needs.

• Develop and implement tailored individual and family therapy sessions to address the specific needs identified in the assessment.
\n
• Complete required documentation, including billing paperwork, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, within established timeframes to ensure appropriate reimbursement and continuity of care.

• Create comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans that empower clients to maintain stable functioning in their daily lives.

• Formulate effective discharge plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they feel supported as they transition out of intensive therapy.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, to provide compliant and ethical care.

• Commit to professional development by seeking continual training and educational opportunities to enhance your skills and therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in case consultation and participate in agency meetings to foster collaborative treatment approaches and share insights with peers.
\n
• Complete all necessary licensure renewals and mandatory training requirements in a timely fashion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various backgrounds who are experiencing mental health concerns. Your role will involve creating a trusting therapeutic relationship, fostering an environment of safety, and advocating for the needs of clients to enhance their mental health outcomes. By focusing on culturally responsive care, you will ensure that clients feel understood and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically as an LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
