Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with us, you will:

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client based on comprehensive assessments.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with best practices, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to foster holistic client care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s treatment are addressed.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment are highly preferred. Experience engaging with underrepresented populations is also a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, based on experience and skill level. Additionally, we offer:
