Fitness Counselor

ĒOS Fitness Copperfield is looking for a motivated and results-driven Fitness Consultant to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals with a strong sales background, fitness experience, or a passion for both. As a Fitness Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new memberships, connecting with prospective members, conducting facility tours, following up with leads, and creating an 5 Star Guest Experience from the first interaction through the membership process. You will work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment where your effort and results directly contribute to your success. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is competitive, coachable, energetic, and hungry for growth. You should enjoy working with people, be comfortable having sales conversations, and be motivated by achieving and exceeding goals. Previous sales or fitness experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to succeed.
