Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions that utilize customized approaches to promote growth and well-being, adapting your techniques to meet the distinct needs of each client.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with your clients and regularly track and evaluate their progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

• Engage in regular communication and collaboration with fellow therapists through staff meetings, case discussions, and supervision meetings to foster a cohesive and supportive clinical environment.

• Document all client interactions and treatment processes meticulously to uphold ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training and workshops, to enhance your skills and stay current with new therapeutic methodologies.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, children, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program.

• A current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly with couples, children, teens, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
