Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with South West Mental Health Service, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and strengths.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and reflect each client's unique needs.

• Utilizing various therapy modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
