Senior Executive Assistant

**Responsibilities** **Qualifications** 7+ years of executive assistant experience supporting a C-suite or senior enterprise leaders.Experience in a large, global, matrixed organization.Strong written and verbal communication skills; executive presence and professionalism. High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel).Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity. Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX with flexibility for extended hours across time zones. Experience supporting a CTO, CIO, or other senior leaders in a technology-driven environment. Project management experience or formal training. Ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels. **Personal Attributes** Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.*This position description is intended to provide a general overview of the expectations and responsibilities of this position and may not include all tasks that may be assigned. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned with or without notice.** This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
