This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide care in a flexible and comfortable setting. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will connect with clients across Stockton, California, and beyond, leveraging modern systems to deliver therapeutic services effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and intake evaluations to understand each client’s unique needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and other mental health experts, to ensure holistic and coordinated client care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapeutic progress and treatment interventions in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling to continually enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including adults and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journey while providing support tailored to their cultural and personal backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or an equivalent credential is required.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with clients.

• The ability to work independently while also being an effective member of a remote team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, particularly through telehealth.

• Experience working with a variety of client populations, with a strong emphasis on multicultural competencies.

• Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other effective modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
