Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns, utilizing evidence-based tools and techniques to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, developing immediate treatment strategies to ensure safety and stability.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans and progress notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Great Lake Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse patient population that spans various ages, backgrounds, and mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, with additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus.
