Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in office settings and the community.

• Conduct evidence-based, developmentally appropriate screenings and assessments to determine client needs and treatment effectiveness.

• Crisis intervention and immediate support for clients as needed, comprehensively assessing situations and responding effectively.

• Maintain ethical standards in compliance with both external regulations and internal conduct codes, ensuring professional integrity in all interactions.

• Monitor ongoing client treatment by observing admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria through consistent documentation.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate comprehensive and continuous care for clients.

• Be available for on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
