Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving patients' mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Guide patients through tailored therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities to promote physical well-being and pain relief.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercise techniques, ensuring they feel empowered in their recovery process.
• Utilize various treatment modalities, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, tracking improvements in range of motion, strength, and functional capabilities.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain a well-organized supply chain to support seamless therapy sessions.
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care and optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Provide empathetic emotional support to patients, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere during rehabilitation.
• Adhere to ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality while respecting patient rights and privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Our clients also include geriatric and pediatric populations, as well as athletes returning to peak performance. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building rapport with patients and collaborating with colleagues.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practices within the field.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably within a rehabilitation facility.

Compensation and Benefits
