Work Environment

The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize evidence-based rehabilitation techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and gait training, to maximize patient recovery.
• Educate patients on their conditions, guiding them through effective self-care practices and home exercise programs tailored to enhance mobility and functional independence.
• Continuously track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that care remains aligned with industry best practices and individual patient needs.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves adults and seniors undergoing rehabilitation for orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain management. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your patients as you guide them on their journey toward recovery, helping them regain function and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active New York State license as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver high-quality care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in treating diverse patient demographics, including athletic populations and geriatric patients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits
