Work Environment

You will work onsite in our outpatient office located in Brooklyn, NY, where the atmosphere is energetic and engaging. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and equipment, providing a perfect setting for physical therapy. As part of a closely knit team, you will enjoy a collegial environment characterized by teamwork and camaraderie. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to develop tailored therapy plans that address their specific needs and goals.
• Implement advanced rehabilitation techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to optimize patient recovery outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal healing and functionality.
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment strategies, and self-management techniques to empower them during their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care and enhance the overall patient experience.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with regulatory requirements and support quality care.

The clinic serves a diverse patient population ranging from post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation to sports injuries and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Current New York State Licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory; preference is given to candidates with a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in an outpatient clinical setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with a variety of modalities and therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to functional movement assessments and soft tissue mobilization.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• Prior involvement in developing community wellness programs or patient education workshops.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and continuing education support.
