Work Environment

This role is situated in a fast-paced, engaging clinic where teamwork, communication, and a patient-centered approach are core to our operations. As a Physical Therapist, you will work onsite to collaborate with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for balance and personal time while delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities to develop individualized therapy plans based on their specific needs and objectives.
• Implement advanced rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education, to address a variety of conditions and optimize patient recovery.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress in compliance with clinic standards, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, recovery strategies, and preventive care practices, fostering an environment of informed decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.

Qualifications

• A valid New York State Physical Therapist license.
