Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations, determining appropriate treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans employing various therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimes, manual therapy, and use of therapeutic equipment.
• Progressively document and track patient progress, responding dynamically to changes, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet therapeutic goals.
• Regularly assess and modify therapeutic objectives in response to patient recovery and feedback, ensuring ongoing alignment with patient-centric care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques and preventive measures necessary for post-treatment care.
• Foster collaboration with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members, enhancing overall care coordination and continuity.
• Engage in professional development through workshops and continuing education opportunities to stay abreast of best practices and evolving methodologies in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of a valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic documentation systems.

Compensation and Benefits
