Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, hands-on physical therapy care to adult patients, emphasizing orthopedic rehabilitation and recovery.
• Assess patient needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and exercise prescription, to facilitate patient recovery.
• Maintain communication with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in the CureMD Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, adhering to all compliance and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your practice will be on adult patients, particularly those aged 40-65, who are recovering from various orthopedic conditions, surgeries, or injuries. You will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals regain their mobility, strength, and functional capabilities, ultimately improving their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• An active or eligible license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient assessments and treatment techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for patient education and collaboration with team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience in working with EMR systems, specifically CureMD, will be advantageous.
• Prior involvement in a multidisciplinary team environment is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
