Work Environment\n

This position is a full-time remote role, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving an outpatient clientele. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, but some flexibility in scheduling will be necessary depending on patient needs. You will be provided with the necessary technology and support to ensure your success in delivering high-quality mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based approaches, creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in your approach.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation reflects therapeutic progress and treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse, multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors, to coordinate care and enhance overall patient outcomes.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of shared learning and continual improvement in care practices.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, promoting informed decision-making.

You will be serving a diverse patient population, predominantly consisting of individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
