Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, in order to devise effective treatment plans.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaboration is key; work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions that prioritize client welfare and long-term outcomes.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, delivering essential information and skills to bolster coping mechanisms among clients.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, assessing risk and implementing safety plans tailored to individual client needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
