Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments for couples and families to understand underlying issues.
• Delivering therapy individually for clients and together when appropriate, focusing on family dynamics.
• Developing tailored treatment plans addressing various challenges, including but not limited to:
• Alcohol abuse
• Physical and psychological abuse
• Grief and loss
• Family conflicts, including communication difficulties and cut-offs
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce
• Challenges within blended families and job-related stress
• Maintaining detailed and accurate treatment documentation to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Participating in regular case consultations and professional development sessions to enhance clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working closely with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will be equipped to address the unique challenges families face today, ensuring that every treatment aligns with their individual or collective needs.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Bright Life Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually. In addition to a generous salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
