Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients across Miami, Florida. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, then collaboratively developing effective and personalized treatment plans.
• Providing individual therapy sessions using tailored therapeutic techniques, fostering an environment that promotes personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Regularly establishing and revising therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, while meticulously tracking their progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions, maintain client confidentiality, and track outcomes effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
