Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being, ensuring accurate identification of issues and goals.
• Formulate personalized treatment plans through comprehensive evaluation of clients' needs, collaborating closely with each client to ensure their input is considered.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions to clients of varying ages, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions that focus on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and building healthier relationships through structured dialogues and evidence-based techniques.
• Regularly modify treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations of clients' progress, using clinical judgment and ethical standards to develop appropriate interventions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including detailed progress notes, treatment plans, and history, adhering strictly to documentation guidelines.
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts when necessary, providing immediate support and solutions for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive and well-coordinated approach to client care.
• Stay current on research and best practices in marriage and family therapy, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based interventions in every session.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and remain compliant with state and national licensing requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory, demonstrating compliance with state regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals and/or couples, including therapeutic modalities that support effective treatment.
• Proficiency in completing client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans promptly and thoroughly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with both children and adults, showcasing an ability to adapt therapeutic techniques for different developmental stages.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your dedication and expertise, this position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
