Compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for Remote Practice

Micro Precision Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment

This remote position allows for a flexible work schedule within a supportive team framework. As a full-time clinician, you will engage with clients primarily through virtual sessions, while also having the opportunity to participate in some in-person activities at our outpatient office in Hillsboro when necessary. Our team values work-life balance, and you will have the autonomy to tailor your schedule based on client needs while adhering to our operational hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25-30 client visits per week, providing both individual and family therapy sessions.
• Document client progress meticulously, including treatment plan reviews and clinical case notes, in accordance with company protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various disciplines, including case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate holistic care for our clients.
• Utilize innovative intervention techniques that reflect our commitment to client empowerment and goal achievement.
• Ensure outstanding client service by fostering genuine rapport and addressing individual client needs effectively during sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Our clients face various challenges, such as mental health issues, relationship difficulties, and transitions due to life changes. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in different therapeutic modalities, adapting your approach to the unique circumstances of each client.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess an active and relevant state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong understanding of family therapy principles, community resources, and mental health documentation practices is necessary.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create therapeutic rapport with clients from different backgrounds.
• Able to demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Comfortable with digital documentation processes and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with at-risk populations in therapy settings will be considered a strong asset.
• Prior experience in creating treatment plans and completing diagnostic assessments.
• Familiarity with fee collection processes and insurance handling.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
